If you purchase an item that does not fit you correctly, like apparel or gloves, you may ship the item back to us free of charge in new and unused condition with 30 days of purchasing or 14 days of delivery and we will replace it with the correct size if available. Personalised orders are exempt from this and cannot be returned or exchanged.

EU consumers: statutory rights

For EU consumers, the conditions above apply to our voluntary return offer and do not restrict statutory rights. For online purchases, you generally have 14 days from delivery to notify us that you are withdrawing. This right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

Your statutory rights for defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected, including for personalized goods. EU consumers have a legal guarantee of at least two years from delivery; national law may provide additional protection.
